Our state of the art plastic extrusion line is one to be envied by all in the rubber and plastic industry. The plastic extrusion department at VIP stays ahead of the competition. With our in-house tool maker, we can customize to your application in a variety of materials with a fast turn around.

Our TPE and TPV compounds range in hardness from 25A to 50D durometer. In TPE compounds we produce a variety of alloys or block polymers. These include TPR, TPO, HIPS, SBS and SEBS just to name a few. In the TPVs, there are compounds that are a direct replacement for vulcanized rubber. Most of the types we produce are EPDM OLYFIN vulcanizates and NITRILE PVC vulcanizates ranging from 85% o 100% vulcanized with a variety of curing systems. These types include Santoprene, Sarlink, Uniprene, Chemigum to name a few. These TPVs also come in FDA, NSF and Fire Retardant, Medical Grades and U.L. approved compounds. Yellow cards available on request. Our expertise and knowledge of plastic extrusion equipment makes our process more cost effective and better at holding higher tolerances.

We can extrude compounds such as Flexible PVC clear and natural base, Rigid PVC clear and natural base, outdoor pre-dyed rigid materials, Ultra High Molecular Weight PVC, TPE, TPV, ABS, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Styrene and many others. Your custom application can be pancake coiled, reeled or cut. We can also provide hot bond and pressure sensitive adhesives to reduce your costs. These adhesives replace T-Moldings or screws and reduce labor intensive applications. We can also co-extrude products in rigid, flex and TPE.
