Vinyl

Vinyl is a plastic material known for having a long life span and good durability. Developed in the 1920s, vinyl is widely used in a broad range of products and applications.  As a custom manufacturer, we extrude quality vinyl products used in many industries. The most commonly ordered vinyl product is spline, which is typically used with window and door screens.  This material is also found in different shapes and profiles including C-channels, H-channels, J-channels, T-sections, U-channels, solid rod, angled extrusions and unique custom shapes.

Composed of the building blocks chlorine and ethylene, Vinyl can be made flexible or rigid, and into almost any color, by altering the chemical compound with additives and modifiers.  As a custom compounding facility, we have the experience and knowledge to create vinyl and PVC material compounds to meet just about any need.
