Styrene-Butadiene | SBR | Buna S™

SBR Rubber | Styrene Butadiene Manufacturing Styrene-butadiene is a copolymer of styrene and butadiene that exhibits good physical properties. SBR is often chosen in place of natural rubber when fewer dynamic properties are desired. SBR has good heat aging and abrasion resistance, and is typically used in the automotive, industrial, HVAC and mining industries.

- Good abrasion resistance

- Excellent low temperature flexibility

- Low cost material with moderate to good physical properties

- Standard Temperature Range: -50° to +212°F (Dry Heat Only)

- Hardness (Shore A): 40 to 90

- Custom Compounding: Can increase ranges, contact us for information
